Today...

We had our "Race for Education" fund raiser today - it's not quite a walk/run-a-thon (in that most folks donate some amount without basing it on laps walked/run), but the idea is similar. We go for an hour. There are prizes (from the school) for the most laps completed and such.

I did 2.75 miles. I would have been up over 3 (possibly closer to 3.5), but my kiddos were at the park with the babysitter, and they did two laps with me - which I know took quite a bit of time. Heck, I carried one or the other for at least one lap, so I should just go ahead and say that makes it 3 miles. :D

I'll probably need to take some ibuprofen before I go to sleep.
