It was also very nice to discover just how freaking easy it was to prepare. Not gonna cook like this every week, but I'll definitely be doing it more often.
Sorry it's not more attractively arranged, though, LOL! And it was rather amusing that the only thing I could find for the melted butter were old baby food jars - hee! They worked well, though!
(And we did have veggies, but they didn't fit well on the plate, so we had them afterward. Lemme tell ya, it definitely pointed out just how big restaurant plates are - probably more like the size of the chargers.)
