Thanks, kiddo!

Patrick, upon walking into the straightened-up living room:

"Wow! This room is AWESOME!"

I could not keep from laughing. And of course, said "Thank you".

I dunno what was so awesome, really - nothing different about it. I think he must have suddenly decided that it is to be their playroom or something; my mother-in-law recently redid one of the rooms at their place for that purpose, and it was after seeing that room, with the toys neatly arranged, that he then made the above comment about the living room (which is currently sporting Little People World arcing across one side).

I'll probably be putting everything back into their room this weekend or so, but it's nice to give them the chance to play with things already laid out, instead of their needing to dig out whatever they want to play with from their room (which is admittedly small by the time you put in two dressers, two toddler beds, and various toy holders -- I totally understand needing to get stuff out to where they have some room to play with them).
