Completed this year: The Science Before Science (Rizzi), Discourse on Method and Meditations on First Philosophy (Descartes), Mere Christianity (Lewis), Freakonomics (Levitt and Dubner), Inspiration Point (Bowen - local author), The Thirteenth Tale (Setterfield), Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister (Maguire), The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ (...authorship would be hard to try to explain on this...erm..."interesting" piece, which I will dispose of as soon as I figure out whether I want to burn it or what), Bible Handbook (Halley), and Jesus of Nazareth (Benedict XVI).

(Edit: Forgot that "Life on the Silk Road" book. And am upset that I *cannot* find it in the house. Bah!)

I've started reading what's probably gonna be the hardest of any so far this year - James Joyce's Ulysses.

Hooboy...it's been an interesting first several pages.
